Crystal Inn is a good place to stay for a few nights. Some front desk staff were attentive and helpful and some were not. Room service will not be automatic, you need to schedule when you want your room to be clean. I think this is how Utah hotels operate but not sure.

The room is very spacious with double vanity sinks separate from the toilet and shower. Love the welcoming staff at checkin. 24/7 coffee and filtered water made it so convenient.

Linda gave us 414 as I am a light sleeper and it was great. Breakfast hostess also great. Loved room. Hot tub could have been slightly warmer. Our new hotel in slc.

To begin with had issues with a rep by the name of Catherine. She seemed like she was in a bad mood on the phone. Checked in with Linda that went smoothly. I expected to at least have housekeeping to check in the morning to see if we needed our trash to be thrown out or if we needed turnover service. Stayed for 3 days. That never happened. People above us kept moving around all hours of the night made it unbearable to sleep. Guests on our floor had kids running up and down the hallway past 1 am. When checking out wasn’t even asked how my stay was. First time in Utah very disappointing hotel stay.
