Just what we needed
We only stayed one night as we were driving to Moab but the hotel was in a great location, very clean, had a courteous staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking, and was perfect for what we needed. I would stay at Crystal Inn again and definitely would recommend to my friends. 5 stars!

A decent place for the price. Two areas for improvement: Breakfast was very basic. Not many options. Coffee was flavorless brown water. Two service requests were ignored during my stay. Front desk staff needs training on professional image, remembering customer requests, and always looking happy, approachable, and friendly, I think all of these issues can be taken care of by secret shopping a Hampton Inn to see how professional hospitality is delivered.

I wish I got the name of the lady who checked me in but she was wonderful. She let me check in early and was very helpful. The pool is well kept and clean. The hot tub wasn't as hot as I'd like but still ok. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Hotel is clean and the room was also clean. We had a great staycation. Will book again

Great Place to Stay!
Loved this hotel! We didn't want to stay downtown so opted for Crystal Inn & Suites. We were not disappointed. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly also. We would go back here again!

This property is a good value. It is clean, quiet & within walking distance of a number of restaurants. They include decent breakfast options, both hot & cold. The staff is courteous & helpful!
