Nice hotel but maintenance issues!

Not sure what it was but a very loud screeching noise every couple of minutes outside of building six. Some sort of fan or possibly AC unit. Then inside the room every time the toilet was flushed it let out a long loud whistle so must have some plumbing issues! Hotel itself seemed nice enough, but those issues were not enjoyable to listen to.

Loved the view of the lake from the balcony. Wished there had been some chairs to sit ouot and enjoy the view. Also, didn't go out on balcony because of all the mosquitos.

Liked the size and cleanliness of the room was good, but the bathroom had loose tiles and needed grout. The gym had a nice amount of equipment and the pool was nice. The windows in the restaurant and pool area needed to be cleaned. The food and service was great in the restaurant, but i wasn't happy with the service in the bar. I might stay here again, if i have work in the area.

The interior of the rooms could use a little TLC. There was a large gap between my door and the floor that made me uncomfortable. I put a rolled towel in front of it and a chair so no one could manipulate the locks from the outside. Overall the property is a good value for what I paid.

Excellent customer service. They are really helpful with any questions or any needs I had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utah SLC. Near the airport. They Always had someone at the desk unlike other hotels ive been to. Thank y’all for the hospitality. Will visit again.
