We have travel with our TV, but they came and swapped it out right away. They were very supportive and helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again for family is perfect for business. Great location didn’t have to pay for parking. That’s a plus.

The hotel was great. Conveniently located near the airport, but quiet! However, the staff needs better training. When we walked in the staff member behind the desk took a long time to acknowledge us and when she did she told us to wait while she finished something. It would have been better had she said that when we first walked in.

Convenient to the Airport
The staff was very polite and helpful. The home made cookies offered to us on arrival were a nice bonus. The room was clean and quiet. Extended parking was moved due to construction. The staff helped us make that work and they were terrific. The shuttle to the airport was great and fast. The neighborhood felt safe.

We booked this property at the beginning of May for our end of July trip. We had 2 rooms booked for 6 people. I received an email on 7/24 from the property letting us know they had some construction going on and there would be noise between certain hours. They asked me to confirm if we still planned to stay. I messaged back immediately and let them know we would still be staying, to which they replied “thank you for letting us know!.” We arrived on 7/26 after a 4 hour drive and were told that there were no rooms available because of construction. At no point did anyone inform us that our 2 rooms would not be available for us when we arrived. We had to frantically drive around and ended up finding a hotel that cost us DOUBLE what we initially booked with this property. We are lucky we even found a place this last minute, as I was told they did this to many people. I attempted to speak to a manager, to which I was told she isn’t there and they didn’t know when she’d be there, also that she doesn’t have an email I could reach out to. So I responded to the message I initially got asking what they planned to do to rectify the situation. I have yet to receive a response after 5 days. I’ve even attempted to follow up once with no response. Incredibly disappointed and will never recommend them ever. They had plenty of opportunity to let us know we couldn’t stay there so that we could plan ahead and book a hotel that wouldn’t cost us twice what we had budgeted for.

Never again...poor communication.
What stay? I arrived after a long week and then a long drive, only to be told sorry due to a renovation I no longer had a room. No other solutions offered other than I wouldn't be charged a cancelation fee. No one should be told that when they weren't the ones that canceled! Seriously!? Also, shame on Management for putting their front desk person in that position. When your told a least you didn’t yell at me, she has had a rough shift. The thing that made me most frustrated was that I had received an email, letting me know if the renovation hours would interupt my stay they had listed options, etc. I replied to confirm my stay, and received a response thank you and we are looking forward to your stay. Then to arrive and to be told sorry about your luck.

They were unable to give me a room despite my reservation. They said they didn't have enough clean rooms for all of the people with reservations. Now they won't respond to my messages after this happened. Very poor customer service.
