Great Economy Stay for Location
Pros: It's an overall nice hotel that will give you a place to sleep, shower, and get ready before you head out to wherever you need to go. They change the cover sheets around the comforters, so you don't have to worry about the cover carrying the skin cells and other leftovers from the last five guests (but if you're bothered by the comforters not being fresh, then I'd request a new one). They have nice Dove products for hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which are in secured bottles instead of single-use products. The brand name also means that your hair and skin is less likely to suffer from its use. It's in an excellent location that makes walking to any place in downtown SLC convenient. Cons: The check-in parking is a little hard to see if you don't know where you're looking, so watch out--it's a narrow pull-in on a busy main street, and you'll have to go around the block to try again if you miss it (speaking from experience). The shower ceiling area had some mold patches on it, which was kinda gross but not a deal-breaker. Concierge will give you a parking pass card to tuck at the front of your windshield so you won't get towed, but it's small enough that it can easily slip down between the glass and the dashboard (also speaking from experience, but we were fortunate to not get in trouble for it). Also, the concierge was manning everything all by himself! Even though it was less busy at night, I felt bad for him. Verdict: Will book again.

Checking in took about 15 minutes as I was waiting behind just one other customer and there was only one employee working the front desk. He did not even apologize for the long wait. Otherwise no concerns.

My checkin took about 30 minutes due to the front desk clerk not knowing how to check someone in. Instead of the lady that was there with her helping and getting me checked in to the 3 rooms, she continued to help others while my family sat outside waiting for our parking.
