Tyrone the front desk assistant was phenomenal. He truly was a bright star to our stay!! The room was subpar as far as cleanliness. Two sets of the blinds DID NOT work. The sheets had stains on them. Not enough amenities such as coffee. Something I would expect from a motet type establishment. Truly feel it wasn’t worth the money. I initially booked online because of the bar only to find out the bar is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! The advertising online mentioning there is a bar IS FALSE ADVERTISING!! Also understand Hyatt house is a nonsmoking building. However during the winter months it would be nice to choose to have a nicotine break, under shelter. Small gazebo something to protect one from the elements.

There was a dog in the room down the hall that barked at every passing person and late into the evening along the the couple in the room next door arguing loudly at 1AM that we had to call front desk for security to go ask them to quiet down

Also, my credit card still shows about 150% of the charges I expect for the stay. A staff member says this should be fixed, but it hasn't after 2 days.

Weekend getaway 3 night stay. Excellent location, within walking distance to major landmarks, convention center, shopping malls, sports arena, etc. 2 blocks from arena station to hop onto free blue or green lines. We reserved a king den, came with living room and kitchen, such a bonus.
