The place was very nice and clean . The stuff was extremely helpful and professional. The only thing I didn’t like is the coffee. I understand not to expect a lot from hotel breakfast coffee, but this one was super weak. The property is perfect just fix the coffee.

Our stay at the Hyatt House was great, easy, fast check in, clean spacious room. The City Creek mall was a short walk from the hotel. The mall offered numerous dining and shopping options. The walk was well lit and we felt safe the entire time. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, numerous hot options, along with fruit, yogurt, bagels, English muffins etc. There was also a large variety of coffee's and teas. Since this hotel is downtown in the business district, guests were all adults. There is also a pool table in the main lobby along with a nice gathering place for snacks in the evening. If I had one suggestion it would be to better mark the electric controls for the blackout blinds and regular blinds in the room. It took us awhile to figure out they were located on a non decrepit electrical face plate with a couple of small LEDs. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
