Clean hotel with solid location next to the Delta Center and within a mile walk from much of downtown. Breakfast was decent. Eggs were good, Sausage was good, Canadian Bacon sadly was shoe leather. No waffle iron which may disappoint the little ones. Beverages include water, milk, O.J., and apple juice. Bagels, muffins, apples, bananas. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is outdoor and heated. One negative is that whereas there are options in this area where parking is included, Hyatt House charges you $25 per night for the garage.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet. beds were comfortable. I like the kitchen set up with the fridge, microwave, range, and even a dishwasher. We did not realize those were standard? Breakfast was also great! I love having a hearty breakfast after a nice stay.
