I liked the pool. I wish the hot tubs were hotter. They were only temping at 98 both of them. I was hoping the outdoor pool would be open. I remember one year it was during the winter and it was so magical like a giant hot tub anyways I really enjoyed my day. Thank you so much

House keeping was friendly. Room was spacious. The floors were not very clean and the elevator was broken which made it difficult with out heavy luggage. Wish we were told that up front.

Watch for pricing differences
Although hotels.com listed it for $147 incl. taxes and fees, I paid $167. I contacted hotels.com, and their attitude was 'too bad'. I received an email with the price AFTER I booked the room. I did not check the price in the email, assumed it was what hotels.com TOLD ME IT WAS!

Great room. I found the layout to be a bit awkward. You think you're staying in the main building but you get stuck in some other 2 story building and the pool is across the parking lot. Very inconvenient. Nice room though.

After reading reviews on this property I decided to book a room for an evening as we were attending a show at the Eccles Theatre downtown. The Hotel did not disappoint! The Hotel is Top Notch, especially for the price point. The location is excellent and is in a great location. We had breakfast in the Coffee Room and it was superb!

Best place in Salt Lake. Lobby with fireplace is amazing. Rooms are huge and so nice. Spring for the tower - it’s worth it.

Likely won't stay again
First they charged for parking. I was unaware they had this charge until I checked in. While it isn't a lot of money, this isn't some fancy hotel in a great resort or anything. Parking should be included in the cost of the stay. Next, their was hair on the sheets of the most uncomfortable bed I have had the displeasure of sleeping on. Lastly, the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower did not work. The shower has a pull knob on the bathtub faucet and when I pulled it up to turn on the shower the pull knob came off in my hand and the shower did not turn on. I was very disappointed, especially for the cost of the room.
