Cockroach Infestation in the room we stayed in. No Do Not Disturb sign so we were constantly bothered by housekeeping. Apathetic front desk staff that wouldn't do their job for us and other guests and had us come back later so a different shift could handle front desk duties.

Decent hotel, bed and pillows were firmer than I would like. Parking lot doesnt have many stalls, TV kinda small and low resolution, at least it had Comedy Central. Not bad overall.

I was very unhappy and disappointed in this hotel. They required a deposit, I was fine with that, however, there was NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE STATING THEY DID NOT ACCEPT CASH. THEY ONLY TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND NO RETURN OF DEPOST ROR A WEEK TO 10 DAYS. I WAS GOING ON A CRUISE AND NEEDED THE DEPOSIT RETURNED UP ON CHECK OUT. RHE STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY, IN FACT RUDE. I HAD PREPAID FOR THE ROOM, AND HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL LAST MINUTE AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE. VERY UNHAPPY, HAVING TO PAY FOR A ROOM TWICETAMMIE HUBLER
