The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel overall is quite dated, from the walls to the carpet to the lobby furnishings. It was just what we needed for a last minute overnight near SLC airport.

Be aware, this property only looks nice in photos .But it is totally different experience in person : dirty bathrooms, just gross .Parking is far and unsafe to leave a vehicle. I would never ,ever stay in this place again !

Inch and a half gap between door and door frame. Absolutely no hot water for entire stay. No “do not disturb” sign, no one would provide us one. Staff in and out of our room and no way to stop them. Floors shook, constant dripping sound. Room and building in clear disrepair. Completely unable to regulate room temperature. No one at front desk to confirm check out. Called later on because we had to leave, front desk said “ok” - didn’t ask who we were or what room we were in. Never have we been so uncomfortable.

your room is not very clean, towels are old and not really clean, or not bleached. No hand soap in room, bed is old and sacks. toilet does not flush well and it clogs. phone in room does not work - your front desk can't hear me when I called. phone buttons are stuck. chair is beat up. door lock is 1/2 hanging. front desk is not very friendly, doesn't look like they like to be there. does the minimal. elavator is old and not well kept. your restaurant is the only good thing.

The reception staff was disaster. I believe they do not know how to smile and greet the customers properly. That was the only thing I did not like at this hotel. Rest was just amazing
