We were not happy with the restaurant. We were a bigger party, but we were some of the first people in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food which was 4 or 5 bowls of soup a couple of salads one sandwich and one plate of tacos. Then when we asked for our checks, they were all wrong and took each of us going to the register to figure out what we owed. We were trying to get to a concert, so it was frustrating. Also, we stayed in room 807 and the trap under the sink had come off somehow and water was coming out under the sink. My husband was able to get it fixed but not before something on the floor got wet. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, and the room was nice and being able to walk to the concert was great!

The check in process went smoothly. I mentioned I only needed one bed now, in case they were low. Because of my VIP Expedia status, they upgraded me to a top floor King Suite for free and the parking was free too (which is nice on NBA or concert nights). Plenty of elevators. Clean halls. Super clean rooms! I love rooms with a fridge. The room was extremely comfortable. The tavern and restaurant are top notch. The Radisson is a smart choice, if you’re staying downtown.

Good location and good staff service. The rooms are a good size, but our bathroom door had peeling paint, and the closet door was broken. We had an issue where another guest was somehow able to open our room with our keycard. He was confused and mistook our room for his, which was a couple of doors down. Staff was deeply apologetic and moved us to another room and offered a meal voucher.

The whole reason I stayed here is because it said it had a warm pool that was open late, i should have known when no pictures were posted to check with the hotel. The pool is closed for renovation. Super disappointing since I need to swim for me arthritis in the morning. Other than that, it was clean, staff was accommodating with early check and it was a good location
