I was a little disappointed in the transportation. I called weeks in advance for information and was told to just call for the transportation, then I called when I got to the airport and I asked questions on where to meet and I got hung up on. Then had to call the front desk for transportation and finally got it 30 min later. The driver was not pleasant. Arriving to the hotel, it was an easy check in process, but going to my room was really inconvenient, I don’t believe they have elevators. The room itself was clean, but there was a smell of incense or something along with food smell all through the halls. I paid a decent price for the room, but will probably choose somewhere else next time.

I love the how the rooms are, big and spacious. Also has a kitchen and a big refrigerator inside. The staffs are helpful and friendly! One thing to mention they also have a bar! And a restaurant inside! Definitely recommended!

I was traveling with a toddler and i needed to have a crib for my baby girl and the hotel did not have any cribs. So it was not an easy night sleeping on a regular bed with your toddler and not worrying about her rolling off the bed on the floor. Also it would have been nice if the hotel had an elevator.

Upon first glance, the property seems fine. A little overpriced for what you receive, and the amenities are misleading (it states you get a rainfall shower head, and you certainly do not). Check in was fast. So fast the only information we got was when breakfast was. I didn’t sign any paperwork, wasn’t told a check out time, and definitely wasn’t told about the $250 deposit that you have to pay.
