Beautiful downtown home

This house was perfect for us. It was located so very close to State Capitol Building and downtown. The host was very easy to work with and had great communication.The house large, very clean and inviting. We had 4 adults and stayed for 3 nights. We had more than enough room in this spacious tri level home.

Within walking distance of the Salt Palace and Temple Square

We spent six nights and the house was in such a good location- we walked daily to the Salt Palace Convention center. It is uphill on the way back. We enjoyed the outdoor covered patio space. We cooked in several nights, the kitchen could use additional cutting boards, and towels, but I understand a lot of people do not cook on vacation. When we were there it was hot and sunny and we utilized air-conditioning in the house. The middle floor and upstairs bedrooms were quite comfortable, the downstairs bedroom was too cool, suggest an additional blanket. Otherwise a great stay. The advertisement doesn’t tell you there is only one parking pass and it is on the street. There is additional, not permit street parking available in the neighborhood for additional vehicles, but you do need to look for it. It was not an issue for us. We walked a few blocks to park two of our cars. Very nice house, very responsible host. Would stay there again. Can

Great location and great set up. Three separate sleeping areas. Upstairs master was quite large. The other two were average. Living area was a little small but adequate. Stairs were rough on my knees and there was a lack of pots and pans for cooking. Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect location in SLC

Walking distance to the state capital and downtown. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend as long as stairs are not a problem. The multiple levels add to privacy of bedrooms.

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! We were attending March Madness at the Delta Center and this spot afforded us easy access to downtown and the surrounding area. Wonderful communicative hosts as well. This is a great spot!

Beautiful Home with Perfect Location!!!

My son is relocating to Salt Lake City from Texas and this house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and has everything you could ever need. The location can't be beat!!! The Capitol is just steps away with hiking trails behind it. It was cozy and we got to spend quality time together before he moves. We will definitely be back!!!

It IS the best location!

Someone has been watching HGTV. House was remodeled beautifully. There were ample supplies normally not found in rentals (detergents, spices, paper products and especially coffee w/filters). Had a self inflicted issue with HVAC. Sent text to Kyle who immediately went online and reset thermostat. Best rental experience to date.
