Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

Hotel terrível. Infraestrutura velha, quartos com paredes sujas e mofadas, móveis velhos e quebrados, funcionários não atenciosos, café da manhã com poucas opções e exatamente igual nos 2 dias, estacionamento pago e insuficiente (precisei deixar o carro na rua a noite -momento do check-in-, faixa de zona azul, e só consegui por na garagem após surgir uma vaga às 6h30 do dia seguinte e no momento foi cobrada diária do “dia anterior”, ou seja, exigiram pagamento antecipado de 2 diárias para o acesso à garagem, do anterior e o do efetivo estacionamento), equipe de limpeza não atua (toalhas supostamente limpas com mau cheiro e no serviço de quarto apenas forraram as camas, leia-se não limparam o quarto/ banheiro). Nunca mais retornarei, mesmo tendo compromissos na região.

Era acostumado a ficar neste hotel uns anos atrás, mas fui surpreendido negativamente com a manutenção do lugar nesta ultima visita. A impressão que passou foi de um lugar sucateado, o quarto com péssimas instalações, mobiliário antigo, ar condicionado sem manutenção, roupa de cama rasgada, toalhas de banho encardidas! Realmente lamentável a situação que o hotel se encontra atualmente.

Muito ruim! Se eu fosse você não se hospedava aqui
Foi pessimo. O primeiro dia em que chegamos, nos colocaram num quarto número 115, fedorento, cheio de mofo e poeira, o chuveiro e pia tinham lodo, ar condicionado com mofo e barulhento, frigobar estava com gelo até o tampo e a roupa de cama estava extremamente suja. Ou seja, quarto sem manutenção. Não trocaram a gente de quarto imediatamente, o que achei um absurdo, pois estava insalubre e inabitável aquele lugar. Pra piorar, nem coberta tinha pra fornecer. No outro dia nos trocaram de quarto só após o meio dia, ou seja, ficamos sem tomar banho até uma hora da tarde do outro dia em que chegamos ao local. Perdemos um dia de viagem. O outro quarto estava melhor, era no prédio anexo, quarto número 9, porém o chuveiro não esquentava a água direito, tínhamos que deixar o chuveiro ligado por mais de 20 minutos para esquentar. Alegaram só ter um aquecedor pra todo o hotel. Os atendentes são educados e prestativos no que podem. Dona Antonia da limpeza é ótima, porém só ela mesmo, quando outra pessoa foi limpar o quarto deixou até bolo de cabelo no chão que não era meu (deu pra ver pela cor). Café da manhã todo dia a mesma coisa, uma confusão danada, sempre falta algum item tipo prato, colher… muito ruim mesmo. Conversamos com outro hóspede e também estavam passando por problemas parecidos. Pessima experiência. Não voltaria de forma alguma pra esse lugar!
