There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago.

I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

Boa tarde. Venho aqui manifestar minha insatisfação. Assim que eu cheguei para fazer o check in dei boa tarde a recepcionista Enuza ela se quer abriu a boca para fala repetir novamente o boa tarde pra ela e fez a msm reação.ai quando fui fazer o check in só tava funcionando 1 computador esperei pra fazer a entrada ok. Quando dei entrada no quarto o quarto tava parecendo um rio cheio de água aí fui na recepção falar do acorrido ninguém fez . Aí uma moça lá super prestativa amorosa que era a chefe de governança Andreia fez uma limpeza no meu quarto impecável. Adorei a boa vontade dela tá de parabéns. Aí quando chega a noite fui pedir toalha que não tinha no quarto e solicitei como era casal o quarto pedir lençol ou manta a recepcionista Enuza disse que não tinha . Aí voltei pro quarto .aí sair do quarto novamente para ir no mercado vi ela dando lençol e manta pra outra hóspede. Fiquei na minha não falei ND .aí esperei o horário dela sair fui na recepção aí a outra pessoa que estava na recepção disse que sempre teve lençol aí o rapaz me deu .ou seja Enuza não queria me dar acho por ser gay senti um tanto de discriminação da parte dela ela não comentou ND mas sentir isso . Odiei minha estadia. Tem que ver quem vcs colocam na recepção pq a recepção e a cara do estabelecimento. Mas enfim desabafei.boa tarde

Serviço Ruim.
Funcionários (havia exceções) mal educados, brigavam entre si, pouca empatia com os hospedes. Toalhas em falta e quando cedidas, toas encardidas, mal cheirosas, higiene, principalmente das áreas externas muito ruins. O espaço físico e localização geográfica são bons, porém falta investimento na capacitação de pessoas, humanização e investimento na adequação de mobiliários (camas ruins, tvs estragadas, elevador que não funciona, acessibilidade). Enfim, teria tudo para atender melhor e com o mesmo valor, se houvesse interesse do (s) proprietário (s).

"Péssima experiência no Hotel"
Minha experiência neste hotel foi simplesmente horrível. Começando pela estrutura, que é extremamente precária e claramente mal cuidada, ficou evidente que falta manutenção básica em todos os aspectos. As roupas de cama estavam manchadas, o que me causou um grande desconforto. Já as toalhas, além de encardidas, pareciam verdadeiros panos de chão, completamente inapropriadas para uso. Definitivamente, não recomendo este hotel a ninguém. É inacreditável como um lugar desses ainda consegue funcionar com um nível tão baixo de cuidado e atenção aos hóspedes.

O hotel não tem estrutura para atender o publico sendo que a situação do hotel está precária! Banheiro sujo , o ar condicionado não funciona direito, a piscina estava fechada, café da manhã deixa a desejar, a porta de entrada do hotel explodiu creio que por conta do calor , todos que estavam no café a hora que aconteceu o fato ficaram assustados. No checkin muitas pessoas queriam desistir do hotel pois não ficaram satisfeitas , as fotos que eles colocaram na plataforma não tem nada haver com o hotel ! As fotos dos quartos acho que eles pegaram de outro hotel pois não é nada daquilo que está lá . As fotos do banheiro também não tem nada haver . Infelizmente não voltarei nunca mais , foi a pior estadia da minha vida .

Chegamos na madrugada no hotel e o quarto estava SUJO, COM MOFO, JANELA DO QUARTO NÃO FECHAVA, PAREDES ÚMIDAS, LENÇÓIS SUJOS, TRAVESSEIRO SÓ O MOFO e eles falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Tivemos que ir nos hospedar em um outro hotel por conta própria, procurar Uber na madrugada e hotel. Foi decepcionante! A cidade lotada e não encontrava hotel. Eles ofereceram outro quarto que estava pior, com o banheiro imundo.
