Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Awful neighborhood. Hotel pool was dirty and small. Breakfast room crowded and unappealing. Bathroom towels were extremely old and ragged.

Tenho acrescentar é que o elevador só funciona 2 de três e com isso demora um pouco, a área onde é servido o café é pequena e no último dia bem lotado não consegui ficar pra comer, a piscina tbm não suporta muitos hóspedes, o estacionamento por ser no subsolo do hotel poderia ser gratuito. Mas de forma geral o hotel é bom e a hospedagem foi boa.

Bem ruim. Barulhento
Pegamos esse hotel para uma noite pois teríamos vôo logo pela manhã. E estava bem barato. Porém eu não recomendo para mais de uma noite. O hotel é uma baderna. Super barulhento a noite toda 1 elevador funcionando só para 12 andares Chuveiro é ruim. Precisa de limpeza, pois a água cai toda esparramada Tem uma água constante caindo no meio do corredor que não sei de onde vem. Pinga do forro do teto. Tenho até medo de pensar de onde vem essa água. As duas camas de solteiro do nosso quarto estavam quebradas. Pedi travesseiro extra pois tenho um problema não ombro e não recebi. E manta para dormir não tem. Tem que solicitar e só recebe se tiver alguma ainda disponível O ar condicionado está travado em duas temperaturas. Ou 18° ou 25° Das 3 tomadas no quarto uma só funcionando.

De qualidade. Entretanto, não tem água para os hóspedes beberem, é necessário comprar garrafas de água, que por sinal são caras. Senti falta de um cobertor de cama para mais conforto durante a noite. No mais, ótima vista para o mar, café da manhã de qualidade e diversidade.
