Nice location to all scenic locations in walkable distance, hotel is small but well maintained, staff knew English, helpful and friendly. Only one issue is the shower standing base was so slippery because of plain plastic without any grips, almost fell down while taking shower and both elbows got bruised, overall everything were good.

The rooms are ridiculously tiny. We stayed in a "roomy" room and the 3 of us were cramped. Room was also dirty. One towel was in the room for 3 ppl. Shampoo/bodywash was empt in the shower. We felt dirty the entire stay, until I went out and bought a bar of soap. Highly do not recommend. It's a 20 minute walk to the city so beware.

Room didn't have any furniture to keep clothes. Chargea extra to keep luggages for thier customers when the customers are waiting for room. Beds are uncomfortable. Paid $200 per night but very little amenities. Of course no breakfast included. Terrible experience. Would never stay this hotel ever again. Hotel registration experience was bad as well.

This hotel was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. We had a fun time playing board games in the lobby. The pull out couch bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the regular bed was very comfortable. Our room was very nice and clean.

Nice, new hotel right by the train station. We loved the ability to get free sparkling water and apples at the front desk, and the eco friendliness of the hotel. The rooms actually surprised us in size and were more than adequate! About a 15 min walk to Mirabellen Palace, 20 to the old town.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The Cocoon provided a water bottle and fruit each day, but the WiFi was spotty and the soap bottles empty. They charged €25 for a late checkout which I found unusual and annoying, but necessary for us. The location is less than a five minute walk to the train which was incredible. We’d go back. Please fix the WiFi!😜

Nice hotel
Had a nice stay. Room was very clean close to many attractions in the city. Only complaint was that the parking for the hotel was full when we arrived so we were told to park in the nearby train station garage and hotel refused to take care of the fee for parking which we felt was not right.

This is a great hotel steps away from Salzburg hbf and close to all the attractions in Salzburg. Even though public transport is available right near the hotel, we chose to walk, as did so many people. The hotel room is clean, quiet and well furnished. We arrived early morning and for a small fee the hotel provided us with early checkin which really helped us recover our sleep from previous travel, and ready to go out by noon and enjoy the city. The hotel breakfast has wonderful food as well as its presentation. The hotel is not trying to get you to check out early by limiting the end of breakfast - it is available until 11 AM!! There are free lockers at the lobby, which enabled us an extra half day to see the city before leaving Salzburg by train. The front desk manager is so polite and helpful, as is the rest of her hotel staff. Overall a great value and a great stay. 5-stars overall.

The whole hotel vibe was great. Everybody was super helpful and kind, and the room was nice and comfortable. The decor theme feels very environmental conscious, which is welcoming and relaxing. The breakfast was awesome. We could park onsite. The hotel is in front of the train station which is very convenient if you are traveling by train, and it is only a 15 minute walk to the old town, 5 min from Mirabell Palace. Everyone in the family liked the place. Highly recommended.

This is a clean, modern hotel in walking distance to Salzburg city centre, and just a 3 minute walk from the rail station. The breakfast was nice, I would recc. adding this onto the booking. Rooms were clean, however I think carpets inside the room would be a better touch, rather than hard laminate flooring. One complaint I do have, is as I checked in, I was advised this hotel is an eco-friendly hotel, and if we wanted our room serviced each night. I am all for being eco-friendly, in the sense of reusing towels etc and not replenishing, but the whole point of a hotel is that your room is serviced in your absence, and you come back to a fresh room. I would've booked an Airbnb instead otherwise. Another issue was that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Again, I'm all for being eco-friendly and I was advised there was a kettle, water and fruit at Reception to use/consume. I was then told that I would need to purchase the tea/coffee and then use the facilities. Again, who would do this? Common sense would be to just go down the road and buy a cheap tea/coffee. Although the property was clean, breakfast was decent and hotel was modern, I feel this 4* hotel would in my opinion be downgraded to 2/3* based on the above issues we had. I am all for being eco-friendly, but I think there is an element of financial gain here as well, which was not a nice balance and morally just wrong.

Fun and convenient hotel
Adorable hotel, minutes from the train station. Great decor, clean, friendly. Free water, and fruits when you check in. The most comfortable that I’ve slept in in Europe. The area is decent, although it is right next to the train station which gets sketchy at night. Wasn’t a problem, as we were not out late, but just FYI. Definitely definitely worth it if passing through it need to hop on the train the next morning.

Excellent location, super nice hotel & room. Suggestion: update pillows. Taco night dinner was outrageously price for what you got. Plus we paid for more than we got (realized after) this was unpleasant experience.
