My main complaint is the restaurants area Host not well trained , did not knew what a wine list was Asked 3 times and got 3 different menus but not the wine list Staff in the area was very lost in what they doing I recommend a meeting with a restaurant manager to clarify their duties Asked 3 times for the check never got it , decided to go to my room because I needed to rest from my trip .paid in the morning Really not what I expected overall experience from an hotel with 5 stars

We stayed at Hotel Oro Verde in Guayaquil for four nights. Overall, the hotel was nice, with good facilities that met our expectations. However, the service from the staff needs improvement. We faced an issue when we tried to modify our reservation due to an emergency, but no one at the hotel could assist us, stating that it had to be resolved through the Expedia app. When we contacted Expedia, they informed us that they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel. Unfortunately, neither side resolved the issue or provided a proper response. This experience left us disappointed with the level of support offered.
