We had a great stay. The staff was wonderful. We had breakfast with a huge assortment and superb service. We listened to a couple of talented musicians in the evening asking with a delicious dinner.
I had a pleasant stay at Myriad. No regrets whatsoever, I feel I got more value for my money. The receptionist were so nice and caring. definitely returning. Good food, the Breakfast is simply out of this world. Thank you for making my trip to Lisbon worth it.
Beautiful hotel with a really wonderful location but DEFINITELY not treated as VIP. Our room was okay…bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, so always had gross water in it and the sink was stained because of this, and as it drained super slowly it leaked onto the counter underneath quite badly. Shower didn’t drain very well, which was evident with all the water staining on the floor out side the shower. Toilet kept running if you didn’t go back and mess around with it. No VIP perks offered despite status and amount of money spent. Definitely disappointed.
The hotel met my expectations. We really enjoyed the view of the Tejo River, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Excellent everything. We will be back.
Valet service took my hyro flask out of my vehicle. Restaurant opened officially at 7pm and wanted by reservation only and not accommodating for gusts like us who's 1st visit left a bad impression.
