The property is in a good location, everything from restaurants, bars, tourist sites are walking distance. There’s a restaurant downstairs, I did not try the food but it’s an option. Small rooms, got a king sized bed, small restroom as well, but it has everything that is needed.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. Close to both the Alamo and the River Walk. The room was clean and well taken care of , but it was a little smaller than expected.

The property is nicely located the rooms were clean and comfortable. However the lobby area was dirty, they allowed motorcycles in the vestibule.parking was $40.00 a night or take your chances and get towed. The hotel has no parking of its own. AC could only be lowered to 67, its texas and it was 100 degrees out. The room was not cool.at all.

Cool hotel would stay again. A few small downsides
This was a intresting hotel. Built in 1914. The staff was super nice and helpful. The location is great, 3 or 4 blocks from everything you want to see in downtown san antonio. I would recomend this place. Now the down sides parking is 40 dollars a night, and the room was tiny. They ac wont go any lower than 67 which is fine for night time but the room gets hot in the summer in texas. These are things that kept it from being great. But over all it was a very nice stay.

I picked this location because it appeared nice in the website. At arrival I noticed the floors were very dirty. The smell was bad all over the hotel. When we went up to our room, there was a spray bottle with a very dirty cloth and white eraser by the bed. I called front desk and I gave them my room number and they were more worried about what was left behind. I told them that I would place the cleaning supplies outside of my door. Morning came and guess what the products were still there. The base boards had built up dirt, the wall paper was falling off. In addition the police showed up at 1 in the morning, there was a lot of noice and you could hear everything. The room is sooooooooo small, how can you even iron in that space. My husband brushed his teeth and the water smell was horrible, thankfully we had extra water bottles. Would never stay at any Best western again, especially this hotel. Not worth the price. Also it’s $40 to park.

Very bad!
Ridiculously outrageous for the price and the room was really small. Just to eat a buffet is $20 per person. I will not be going back! The place stunk bad.
