Overall the property was quiet however its supposed to be non smoking but you can smell the smoke in the hotel, we brought our own sheets like we always do when we stay in a hotel which im glad we did because it was hair on the sheets and blanket. Floor wasnt vaccumed either, they had two different holds on my husband debit card and waited until the day of check out to hold a 25 dollar deposit fee. Breakfast was horrible, we had to go out to eat breakfast both mornings, the eggs were dried out and the sausage were burnt.

Great stay for low price. I was in town w my family for a quick overnight stay for dr appt. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Clean facility, rooms. 1 of our beds was very squeaky and moved easily, huge dip in mattress but not the end of the world.

Well the TV was stuck with the narrator on amd the front desk could not do anything to fix it, the coffee was cold in the morning amd the sausages were cold. They also kept running out of milk during breakfast

I needed 8 hours of sleep and a hot shower, and I absolutely got all of that. The hallways were just a bit musty, but since I was in them for all of 30 seconds it didn't bother me a bit. Price was very reasonable, would definitely check back in.

I loved the service, staff was awesome the 2 ladies at the front desk “BRAVO”, but the air conditioner in the room was leaking it’s been leaking I could tell cuz of the musty smell the soaked up carpet gave was awful other then that all was good

The hotel was under RENOVATION..ONLY 3RD FLOOR..BUT STILL .. I wish hotels.com could tell us this. It smelled horrible and there was humidity everywhere. And there was dust AND I HAVE ALERGIES and a bad smell ...only in the halls and elevator.

Good experience overall, although some issues were found while staying in the hotel, like the fridge not working on the first days or our keycard not letting us enter the room sometimes Also, some lack of variability on the breakfast, as it was the same on all the mornings Overall, decent place to stay and good location to touristic attractions

My room was a king bed with a small couch with a pull out bed. First thing walking into the room, the room had a slight smell to it. Bed was ok, not really comfy. The restroom had paint chipping off around the tub area. The breakfast was decent. Nice hotel staff, very professional. Location of the hotel was the best part. You are minutes away from different restaurants and six flags. Was easy to go and come back from different places. It was great not having to drive the expressway all the time when things were so close. The hotel itself is in a good part of the city, not alot of noise.
