1st we reserved a room with 2 queen beds got a room with 1 queen bed (we were there 5 nights, nor were they willing to move us on another night, then our tv stopped working and it took Maintenace 1/1/2 hours to show up, after making another phone call she finally showed up 30 mins later and didn't speak a lick of English, she left the room and tv still not fixed, they never asked how resolve the issue. They don't care! My husband ended up fixing the tv (he is in Maintenace at Alcoa, so we fixed our on tv) Then Valet was so damn slow at retrieving your car even when it wasn't busy. Would never ever stay with them again.

The hotel itself was very clean and breakfast offered in the morning was fantastic. We were supposed to have a room overlooking River Walk but instead got to look at the street… The area around the hotel itself is very sketchy and under construction. Parking was very difficult and only pay to park and valet was delayed in the morning so give yourself extra time. The worst part was 3 of the 5 nights we stayed I was woken up at 4am by garbage trucks emptying the dumpsters!

This was our second time we stayed here. We always have the best time! The room was great, clean, family friendly, great breakfast options and conveniently close to all fun activities! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I did not realize until hotel booked that we parking was not available and would be charged valet services then you have to text a number at least 15 minutes prior to get your vehicle. Everyone was waiting at lobby during checkout. The beds were so uncomfortable to sleep on. Very hard

The hotel was clean, safe, in a great area, had a nice little gym, a gorgeous pool, a good breakfast which was included, the suites were perfect (spacious, fridge, microwave, sink, sofa, etc.). The staff was friendly and helpful! Our stay was amazing! We loved San Antonio and the hotel! We will be back!

Chose this hotel because it was in walking distance to a conference. The website was not far off from reality. My room was clean and fully stocked. Soaps were filled even without even having to request. All staff were very friendly and professional…especially Anthony! Location was perfectly situated on the Riverwalk with full access to ALL amenities! Highly recommend and would definitely return in the future!

We were so glad we had booked this hotel downtown on the riverwalk. We came to SAN Antonio for a wedding being held outside the inner city, but this property allowed us the space, convenience, amenities, and the atmosphere to really enjoy our stay.

The room I have booked weeks ago was not available. We were left without room at the time of arrival. Front desk personnel was very nice and apologies, but ithat didn't solve the issue. We were forced to look somewhere else

I really like Home 2 Suites the rooms were spacious, the pool was great. The area is good, but no good parking nearby and a little bit to noisy. The main reason for the 4 stars is the valet service. It's kind of slow and they are not really caring or have a sense of urgency. They don't recive you at your car, you have to go and let them know you are there, because they are all hanging and playing at the valet stand. The worst part is they are vaping and smelling very green, and they drive others people's cars. That's no good at all.
