the staff went above and beyond to help my husband who is disabled. our room was really, really nice and the bed!!! we had the best night's sleep ever. it was sooooooooooooooo comfortable. i love the aroma of the hotel lobby. White Tea....it was most heavenly.

The property is well kept and clean. The staff was nice and attentive. Nice indoor pool. It is just an older hotel with dark wood and colors. Needs some updates. Free WiFi only for members.

Property outside and main areas were well kept. When checking in, one person was assisting someone and there was another lady at the front who did not even acknowledge us after waiting 15 mins to check in and another couple walked in and right up to her and she helped them immediately.
