Mediocre, would not return.
The air conditioner was very loud. The bath tub dripped constantly. The toilet ran the whole time and had hit water in it. No refrigerator, which would be nice. The first reception person was rude and tried to charge me extra for checking in at 3 when my room was ready. Per email, there wasn't to be a charge. I was not impressed.

Staff was wonderful. Building smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. Definitely needs some updating. And they charge to park your car. Never in my life have i heard of a hotel charging to park yout vehicle where your staying.

Terrible, No towels. Clogged toilet & had to plunge toilet myself when it was obvious plumbing issue. Smelt closed off the hotel. Like a storage room. They left ONE shower towel for a double bed room when we arrived. Terrible never again. High $90 hotel. Understand if it was one of the cheaper ones around the area. But ridiculous service. You can tell Lamps were not dusted off in hotel room as well. Dirty. Nasty. Never again.

Upon arrival before being helped i was put on hold while the manger was on her cell phone. I was charged a 15 fee for parking and 3.50 for the safe these fees were not mentioned when booking. I RENTED 2 ROOMS. There was only an employee bathroom we were able to use. Ive seen better bathrooms in gas stations those can be gross. We got to our room it smelled like mold mixed with a foul stench. I figured we're only here for one night I'll be ok. The beds were ok. The bathroom foors were dirty. In the morning i woke up to use the bathroom and shower. Upon my suprise there was a midsized COCKROACH in the bathroom that i chased into the sink area trying to kill in fear of it being into my belongings. There's no mistake it was any other bug. I was terrified and shook out all my belongings hoping i dint transport these roaches back home. This is highly unacceptable 😤

It was a 20 minute walk to the Riverwalk. That is not safe. The hotel needs to remove that from its name. The property was old and not in a safe area. I was very unsatisfied and canceled the reservation upon seeing my room.

Besides this hotel being so close to Downtown, it was a disaster. We arrived into our room and noticed immediately how dirt it was. Sheets had brown markings and yellow stains and pillows lacked pillow cases. Then there was brown splatter on the bathroom door. Had no idea what it was but it was clearly there a while and no one bothered to clean it. Even a washcloth that was folded and placed by the sink was dirty. I politely asked them to change the sheets and still had hopes. Then the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate. My kids are young and one is on the spectrum so that was an absolute mess of a situation as we were at the top floor and had to walk 6 flights of stairs. Staff did not communicate what so ever during the event and I had to talk to the fire department myself instead. Then around 10:30 pm, someone tried breaking into our room. It terrified my kids and pissed me off. It was a cheap room but as soon as it’s night time, that areas vibe changes drastically and it’s scary. I could barely sleep b/c I was worried for my kids and my safety and the lack of cleanliness.

Convenient to the freeway. Only two towels for three Adults, no washcloths, no hand towels. It was only night, the beds were very comfortable, but the pillows, two flimsy. No refrigerator or microwave. The room was clean but the elevator had no a/c and the lights in one of elevatir was not really working. Staff was great!.
