Dirty hotel, disgusting towels, smelly hallways, deceiving photos, general manager told me and my wife to “f*** off” several times during checkout. Raised this to corporate and since “our stories didn’t match I was trespassed from staying there again” (as if I’d ever stay in that dump ever again). Also got charged $20 a day for parking when it’s advertised everywhere that’s it’s only $15. DO NOT STAY HERE IS YOU HAVE STANDARDS OR VALUES. Dumpy trap hotel that’s fifteen minutes from the riverwalk, LYING to customers to get bookings.

I didn’t like that the Pool is located by the entrance with a lot of people going in and out of the building. I didn’t feel unsafe but I didn’t like the area. The room was clean and check in was easy.

Everything was was great except the parking. Guest have to pay for parking and get a parking pass and are being told that the garage parking is for cars n suvs and the parking in the front is for trucks, well we have a truck and we never got a parking in the front cuz it was full both nights with cars and suvs and we had to park in the garage and we scratched a little bit of the top of our truck being out truck was too high😒

A/C wasn’t on but the room was very comfortable. We turned on the A/C the next morning and we were very comfortable. Parking was great just wish we didn’t have to pay daily just to park our car.

Their website mentions there is a $25 fee for early check in from 6 am to 1 pm. Since it only mentions early check in as being before 1 pm, I was hoping my request for a 2 pm check in would work out. My room was available but only for a $25 early check in fee. Considering their own website only mentions early check in as being up to 1 pm, it didn’t seem unreasonable to ask if I could go ahead and check in. What resulted was a huge line at 4:00 when check in officially began. Why not allow for early check in if you’ve got a full house and your website doesn’t mention a fee after 1? It’s misleading and unreasonable. Seemed to be splitting hairs if my room is available and I’m asking to check in after early check in hours are over at 1. I also heard someone YELLING over and over during the night that the front doors weren’t opening. I thought it was a drunk guest but it was the front desk overnight employee. She was nice but I thought it was odd she was in pajama pants (unprofessional) and yelling instead of walking to the door to show a sign that the entry door was broken or at least mouth it. Just gave cheap motel vibes with that. There is no breakfast but coffee is available. There is an overpass right next to the hotel where you can park for $3-5 but it’s shady once it gets dark. I paid the $15 plus tax to park in the hotel garage. Walking distance to Alamodome, Alamo and Riverwalk.

It wasn't bad but not the nicest hotel I have stayed at. All of the staff were friendly. I will say it was worth what i spent for it though. They do also except keycash from the hotel.com app so that was a plus. I just wish they had breakfast and better coffee.
