Lovely complex multiple small pools plenty of sun loungers. Approximately 15/20 minute walk into town. Only down side is the pool bar which is the only bar onsite closes at 10pm

Nice hotel, staff and location less than ideal.
Comfortable rooms and nice pool and environs, but staff a bit grumpy. Most of the hotels in the area are all inclusive and it is a fair walk to the shopping centre and restaurants.

On the positive, it's a great location to explore from. On the negative, the reception staff seemed to view it as a chore to do anything; there was no hot water in our room for the first 24 hours - it took 3 visits to reception for that to be resolved; and steer clear of the restaurant buffet - expensive and very poor.

Nos gustó mucho pero ojo a los que vayan a reservar. Es fácil confundir la reserva, crees que te incluye cocina y solo incluye habitación. Las fotos confunden. Al final nos resolvieron el problema pagando 125€ más. Pero no te devuelven el dinero

Un estancia con mucho encanto
Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Estuvimos 5 dias y no tuvimos ningun problema. El acceso a las piscinas es muy facil, disponen de 2 grandes y unas cuantas pequeñas, un minimarket, una pista de padel y parking hay suficiente en la calle de delante del hotel. El personal muy agradable en todo momento. La ubicacion ideal, cerca de las dunas y del faro de Maspalomas.

Er energien forsvundet?
Hotellet er fint, der er intet at klage over. Med 3 alm. pools, 1 børnepool, 1 minipool og 1 spa, minimarked, bar, restaurant, minigolf, padeltennis, mv. er det svært at være utilfreds - og personalet i Taste bar er venlige og imødekommende, Men… Det er 2. gang vi besøger Caybeach Meloneras inden for 2 år og der er klart forskel på de to oplevelser. 2 voksne og 2 børn, hhv. en dreng på 11 og en pige på 7. Siden dengang er den meget populære aktivitetsguide stoppet og denne gang var personen nærmest usynlig. Man anede ikke hvor og hvornår tingene skete og der var ingen energi i aktiviteterne eller at få folk til at deltage i dem. Så sammenholdet mellem børnene og hele atmosfæren på hotellet var der ikke. Generelt skal det jo bare spille. Derudover har man besluttet man ikke må medbringe noget som helst aktivitetslegetøj i poolen, med undtagelse af ting man kan dykke efter. Det gør det svært at holde gejsten oppe for børnene, der havde fået nok af poolen ret hurtigt - normalvis er de ikke til at drive op af vandet. Stort set alle havde mere travlt med at gå og kigge ned i deres telefoner eller snakke i telefon med højtaler på. Der mangler disciplin og der var engang et andet drive, end vi oplevede denne gang. Jeg tænker stedet trænger til noget mere energi hvis der skal være en chance for at overleve på sigt. Der er flere kakerlakker end gennemsnitligt. Og igen - ønsker man en privat ferie i tosomhed uden børn, så er det nok fantastiske rammer.
