The bungalow has a spacious, bright living room, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and an independent kitchen.

Katastrophe Einchecken
Der Aufenthalt fing mit einem katastrophalen Einchecken ( und dann auch auschecken) an. Wir sollten die Schlüssel am Flughafen LPA im Büro abholen, ja wenn es denn Mal so gehen würde! Einige Tage vor Ankunft bekamen wir eine Mail dass die Schlüsselübergabe durch einen Schlüsselsafe in Playa erfolgt, inkl. Code erfolgen muss. Angekommen ließ sich der Safe mit dem 1. Code öffnen, die Box für den eigentlichen Schlüsselkasten aber nicht. Es erfolgte immer die Meldung Schlüssel nicht vorhanden. Es wurde inzwischen dunkel in Playa, telefonische Anfrage dauerte nochmals ca. 15 Minuten. Dann müssten wir, untestützt durch WhatsApp (mit Fotos!) nochmals ca. 1 Stunde warten, bis der Mitarbeiter an Telefon den richtigen Code zum öffnen gefunden hatte. Ohne fließend Englisch oder Spanisch nicht zu bewerkstelligen. Bei der Schlüsselrückgabe das gleiche Spiel, Code nicht vorhanden!!! Wir haben dann die Schlüssel in den Hauptsafe gelegt und ein Foto als Beweis versendet. Das System funktioniert nicht!! Im Haus dann die Überraschung: Nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch pro Person vorhanden. Nach Rückfrage sei das die Buchung für 14 Tage. Eine Woche später kamen dann 2 Mitarbeiterinnen und brachten noch ein Wäschepaket mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Das ist nicht Standart bei einer 2 Wochen Buchung.sonst war alles wie beschrieben, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe und Hygieneausstattung müssen geändert werden.StandartCode für den
