It stank really bad bugs and no WiFi and it was not advertised on your app that they website was down tip Monday I lost work and money may need to do a lawsuit

My previously reserved the location without seeing it in person when I got there there was vomit on the hallway floor on the second floor leading to my room that I had reserved when I entered the room there was no secondary lock which I felt very unsafe for myself and my children needless to say I did not stay at the location and was not given any type of refund due to my inconvenience I would never recommend this place it is really gone downhill and the pool is full cement and dirt really run down.

the water was cold, the shower was weak they don’t have a king size as i paid ….shampoo will only clean half a head , and the receptionist kept saying the bed was a ca king and it wasn’t it was 6 feet across if that and she argued with me saying that was the best room and when i turned on the room light it blew….as did the place

We never check in it was so unsafe! I went in to tell the lady at the front desk I was not staying she ask me why I said I do not feel safe! I then sent a 3rd or even 4th message to Expedia saying the same thing I do not feel safe and each time I asked for a live customer service agent no help was given

Customer service was great. The room was very clean. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a nice room. I will be renting it again for New Year’s Eve. Had a wonderful time. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Nice comforter with a nice warm blanket. Slept very good.

Quiet and safe but needs some upgrades!
Clerk was very friendly. He let us check in a little early which was nice. The smoke free room were literally smoke free. There was absolutely, no cigarette smell whatsoever which was nice and unusual. It was clean I must say. It was quiet and no one hanging or walking around while we stayed there. We gelt pretty safe staying there. The only thing we could say is that it can use some fresh paint, new furniture and the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Another good point is that it is one of the closest hotels to Yaamava casino.

This is definitely a place just to sleep. Everyting outdated. Floors dirty, toilet didnt flush. Room cold, a lot of air and light came thru door and window.
