Unfortunately we had air travel issues and did not make it to San Diego the day we intended. The hotel wouldnt refund the reservation as we were inside the no cancellation window . I notified them at 6:45 pm and our checkin was scheduled for 11 pm

The hotel itself was fine, the breakfast was great, it was close to SeaWorld, but the area around it was a bit sketchy. If you plan on getting a parking spot, make sure you are there early and or make sure you have a small car. Parking is very tight!

Excellent Option in San Diego
Great location next to the airport as well as Sea World, and the property is in great condition. The breakfast included was well stocked and some excellent food options. The parking was free, which is a huge plus, considering downtown hotels are charging $40/night to park. Loved our short stay!

The staff in front was very welcoming and smiling. She was very kind throughout the check-in process. She answered all my questions and tried accommodating our request. As soon as we walked in the hallway and when we walked in our room, we noticed it smelled nice. Room was very clean. Clean bathroom. We also loved Dove toiletries products. The most unique experience of this property was the bathroom had a hand wash when most of other hotels only has tiny barsoap!!

HORRIBLE PLACE, DON'T STAY HERE.
Horrible! Do not stay here if single women or a family with children! I checked in, under my female name and planned a multi day. My first morning there, A MAINTENANCE MAN OPENED MY DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING OR COMMUNICATION. He stated he needed to change my shower head, then and there. I asked if that couldn't wait to check out the following day and he stated no. Luckily my brother was there, as we were heading out and nothing horrible happened. I spoke with the "manager" and he refuse to let me check out early stating there would be a fee. Which I was happy to pay but he refused. He refuse to allow me to check out and claimed that no maintenance man came into my room. I know that the other patrons heard me and he asked me to keep quiet. Dangerous area and mindset from the management department. If you value safety, DO NOT STAY THERE. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS EITHER.

Everything was going ok… room floors were sticky, wouldn’t walk on them barefoot… we had snacks in the room for our late night returns. We came back to a bag of chips on the coffee table completely black with ants. We inspected all the other food that appeared to be infested with ants. We threw out all the food then tossed the garbage can in the hallway. We woke up find ants in our bed. All the front desk had said was they will be in all rooms but we can help move you or we can clean and assist in removing ants from the room. We came back that evening and the squashed ants were still all over the coffee tables.

I liked the room, but every morning I woke up around 5-6am from loud noises…kids crying, people laughing and talking and loud noise from the hallway.
