Only giving 2 stars because the linens were crisp and clean. Entry gate to the parking area is closed and locked. Had to park in front of the gate blocking it to go to the front desk to check in and ask them to open the gate as I was blocking another car from entering. The front desk said they emailed me the code to enter the gate. Doubled checked my email again and I never did receive an email from them. Entering the parking structure is very precarious as the entry way to and from the parking stall is very narrow, barely enough room for another car going the opposite direction. Upon opening the door to our room there was an overpowering odor of a cleaning solution like Lysol. They must have used an entire bottle on our room. I can understand being sanitary but you still need to be able to breath comfortably. The bathroom door sticks so badly you need a hockey move called a hip check to get out. The beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a carpeted floor. Noise from the freeway and other guests in the hallway kept us up most of the night. Was way overcharged for a 1 night stay, this room was not worth half what we paid.
