Loved this economical hotel. My only issue (which is possibly with Expedia and not the hotel) is that we paid for a “high floor” room but none was available. Will stay at CitizenM again but will book direct next time.

It’s great for a couple or an individual business trip because rooms are great but very small. Like an indoor cabin in a cruise . But super comfortable, trendy, modern with all the tech gadgets. Great location, Easy access to train station, fisherman’s trolley, union square is right behind . Security too.. I will definitely give it a 10/10 and would stay again

The room was nice and all but the restroom door doesnt stay closed. Also its missing towels, a microwave, iron for wrinkled clothes. Lack of items from the canteen. Water is expensive for absolutely no reason. I dont th8nk ill be back to this hotel
