The walls are so thin. The people next to us was a few guys and a girl who literally went at it all night long keeping us up continuing into the morning at 6;45 am. Yelling, laughing and hooking up with each other. SO FUN for us to listen to. We decided to spend a little extra on a quality hotel but ended up with no sleep after traveling all day. Also the conditioner was completely out in the shower. We waited ten minutes to be seated in the restaurant “the landing”. Then I had a black curly hair in my wings. I’ve always had great experiences at Hilton hotels but I will not be coming back. When we told the front desk she just shrugged and said “I can’t do anything you never called us last night” well we’ve never had anything like this happen?

This hotel needs to run a 24-hour shuttle to and from SFO. Having to take an Uber both ways is ridiculous for an airport hotel. Six guests were sitting in the lobby before 5:00am waiting for cars to go catch their 6:00am flight. And they need to fix the elevator.
