The hotel didn’t have amenities and the WiFi was down. The lobby was nice, the carpet in the hallways were a bit run down, but the room was newly renovated, clean and modern. The shower was large. They offer a shuttle to the airport while is nice. The biggest thing is the WiFi was down, and when I booked I thought I booked the other location which qas near by so this location didn’t have spa, Hottub and pool.

Hotel clean and recently rennovated. Great happy hour drink special. Restaurant on site. Limited restaurants/stores near by. Area not great for walkers. Shuttle to SFO runs only every 40-45 mins so need to plan ahead.

Easy place for a quick stay on a layover near the airport. Earplugs are recommended, same at all locations near the airport as people are coming and going at all hours. Nice and comfy, all hours convenience area in the hotel.

I was there for 6 nights beginning on the 1st Oct 2024 to the 6th of Oct 2024. Of the two elevators one was not in operation on Oct.1. when I arrived, and was inoperable for thw whole time I was there.In addition on the evening Oct 6 (Sunday))at around 5:30 pm the second elevator was also out of order and could not be used. I together with all other guests had to use the stairs. In my case I had to trek up to the 5th floor. There was no one in charge of the situation, when I complained to the staff at the front desk they were very apologetic, however they seemed helpless. The management staff was nowheere to be found. I had a very early morning flight to catch the next morning. I had two large bags that needed to be carried and I was not going to take any chances. So I got back to the desk and wanted to speak to the manager in charge. I was told he was not due to be there until 11:00 pm. At this point I insisted that my bags be brought down and left at the desk for me to leave the next morning. The upper management of this hotel are the most incompetent fools ever. They should be sent back to school, if they are capable of learning at all. Betram Fuller Carrised my two bags from my room to the front desk. Bertram is a good man, he was ver considerate and understood my situation. Taking all this into account nothing short of a full refund for the last night of my stay will satify me. In fact when I get the time I will write to the General manager.

The staff was very pleasant when we asked to move rooms when the air conditioning wasn’t working. Unfortunately it happened again in the second room. Super uncomfortable during a major heat wave. Also the mattress did not have a protective cover on it…

The front deks person, Christian was not personable for working in the hospitality industry - very cold and robotic. The hotel istself is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bed was too stiff for my liking, but not a deal breaker. The restaurants food was solid and relaxing. I would definitely stay here in the future.

This place is clean and affordable. It was a bit loud outside because there were people partying in the parking lot. Other than that we had a great stay. We would stay there again.

Nice people there. The room was so hot. Put the ac on and in 4 hours it decreased 1 degree. A guy came to fix it but it only dropped 3 degrees all night. The shuttle doesn’t run 24/7. If I would have known or checked I wouldn’t have stayed there. Plane left at 6 am and the first shuttle was 5:10 am so clearly wasn’t gonna work.

The personnel at the checkin was not very friendly and very unaccommodating. Seems like he was not happy with what he’s doing. When ask about few information regarding the hotel, he was like irritated and not happy to help.
