$22 per night parking fee? Seriously? I didn’t know this before booking otherwise i dont booked. This location is not downtown where the parking fees are common and reasonable… also there are ton of hotel in this vicinity and no body charge parking fees in this location because the parking is premium at this location…. The only reason we booked here so we can avoid all downtown craziness but ending pay more…

The hotel is conveniently located and close to many places, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room that affected the overall comfort. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better stay

The room was very clean and smell great. The elevator smell great too. The lobby is medium size however, its organized and clean. My only complain is this Indian guy from India didn't inform me how to login to my room WiFi. Thats very inconvenience and not good customer services. 👎👎 If you stay at this hotel and come across any indian fuy from India, get instruction logging in to your room WFi. Thanks Alex Aquino

We stayed here during our family trip to San Francisco on the way to home. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5–10 minute drive to the SFO airport. While hotels and motels near or south of the airport were extremely expensive, this property offered a very reasonable rate, including breakfast. Both the exterior and interior were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Although we didn’t visit any nearby facilities, there were several restaurants within walking distance. It seems that the indoor pool has been permanently closed. Just a note for future guests — there is parking lot, but it costs $22 per night. On Hotels.com it was listed as “self parking available,” not “free self parking,” and the price wasn’t specified, so I wanted to mention it here. Overall, considering the atmosphere, safety of the area, and easy access to the airport, this hotel is an excellent value. Thank you so much.

Excellent hotel. 2 relatively minor-isms: If u like a cool room for sleeping (e.g. 68), be warned the AC repeatedly autoresets to 70 and you’ll wake up hot. Must have to call for maid service/ towel replacement- cuz it wasn’t automatic.

We stayed on 10/6 to 10/7. We did not get the 1 BR King with Sofa w/ADA, instead we were given a regular King size not ADA with no changes in cost. Plus we did not get back yet the $100 deposit.
