We only stayed for about 7 hours. The shuttle was prompt and convenient, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is a little dated but seemed very clean.

If you need convenience over luxury, this is the place to stay. Although the hotel has dated furnishings & bathrooms, it is close to the airport and has plenty of parking ($20 per day). Some spaces are underneath the hotel driveway, providing cover from the weather. I would recommend the Hitlon start renovating the bathrooms at this location, they are the most noticeably dated part of the hotel.

We used it before and after our trip to Hawaii for park and fly at SFO. The parking was safe and the staff were welcoming. The bed was comfortable and we loved the convenience of the airport shuttle .

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and to freeways. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property needs updating. The rooms look worn, the bar and restaurant are not very appealing.
