Wasn't the best but we also a saw a coachroach on the counter which was pretty nasty. No seats in the waiting room as well. Around this motel was just so much homeless and dirty.

They had a room, and I was in a desperate travel nightmare. It was clean, but I'm not sure how secure the rooms were. On the second level, there were two open doors, all of the time. The streets are full of people who are in desperate need of substance and mental health services. I was pleased to see some business owners spray of the urine from the night before. I asked to put something in the outgoing mail and was told no. Also, there is a $100 deposit, which I was not aware of. Nearly 3 weeks later and it still has not been refunded.

It was a comfortable room. A little run down outside if you look out the windows in back. The beds were comfortable. The area around the room had homeless people but they didn't bother us. The area was conveniently located..

It looked unsafe in the back of the hotel. Old empty buildings. They charged us twice. We checked our bank statement and caught it and then they put the money back into our account. The homeless hung out at most of the hotels, but they were harmless. I felt empathy for them. Room was large and beds were comfortable. I would stay again but would keep an eye on my account. I had to pay two different deposits because I booked an extra night. I need to check my credit card for my security deposit.

Value is very good. I am deep sleeper and not bothered by noise but there definitely was random stuff happening at the corner block randomly throughout the night. I liked it cause it felt like the craziness of SF but not sightly if you have children.
