while staying at springhill suits, the staff had encountered a highly intoxicated man who was creating a big nuisance. staff handled it very well police were called, and the problem was solved. it was all done very discreetly and the did a nice job wrangling him away from customers. very well done.

One of the worst property with worst service and terrible facilities. Not even a coffee at the lobby . No amenities and no staff does their work properly. Have to go to front desk for all work.I want my full money refunded if the stay. Housekeeping was not done as well. Worst property.
