The property was fine, however the staff was not as helpful especially at check in. I was asked to wait for ground level room; then there was a change of staff who did not know of this instruction and asked me wait all over again, standing in a long line.

Not as horrific as some of the pics I saw online…
OK so pros and cons CONS 1. To get airport shuttle / bus information I called hotel at approx 7pm local time, waited on the line 15 min. And no answer. I called 4 more times and no answer. My flight was delayed and I was to arrive at 2 AM and needed to know if that would cause any issues. I had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel, overcharged , whatever that’s on me I don’t take Ubers. Anyway… that’s 1 2. The room was SO HUMID!!! I’ve lived in Florida for years, and I never had a room that humid , even when power went out during hurricanes ! Lights were on, kind of strange , idk what happened … did someone take a really long hot shower (btw there is no fan) and have the windows closed and no air on since it’s winter now and the room WAS cool ….? Idk I’m not a detective , but that was uncomfortable , manageable but uncomfortable. 3. The low price range attracts some clientele who I would call, idk a diplomatic term so use your imagination. Just be a little on your guard. That said, I did come in at 2 am (I’m a dude)…if my gf came here at that same time, well she probably wouldn’t . PROS 1. Front desk staff was pleasant and courteous. And professional. 2. Grounds were well kept, no trash or rats or anything horrific, mostly…this is a mid century modern architectural building so it is “older”, but mostly well maintained. Which u appreciated. 3. Room was OK. Personally , not a fan of carpet but whatever . Not horrible like some other pics I saw online

Overall a dirty broken down hotel property. Their suite isn’t really a suite with a single metal chair. Hardly any electrical outlets made it unpractical. Poor WiFi, uncomfortable bed and four mini pillows. Clerk wouldn’t check me in until 3 although others were being checked early, same clerk gave me the wrong WiFi password. No one answered when I called three times

hotel cancels the reservation, stranding my friend
I had booked this hotel two nights prior to my friend's trip. When she arrived at San Francisco airport, the hotel cancelled her reservation for no reason and I'm being charged for the room nevertheless. I had contacted hotels.com to get this resolved but there is no one picking up the phone at this location to speak with at all... Plain terrible experience as she had to stay at the airport overnight instead.

I had a reservation for 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1st night. The room was really dirty, big stains on the side of the bed, smell bad, top of the a/c was dirty. I let the front desk know but I think there is not much they could have done and I understand.

It is a quite Budget friendly and old Hotel. It is relatively close to stores shops and restaurants. This is not a luxury resort of any sort, it's just a place to sleep shower, take a break.

My room (512) was in worse than terrible condition. The carpet had around 15, what I assume were, dog pee stains, the stipple was falling from the ceiling. There was black mould all around the tub and on the bathroom walls. All the walls had holes. Also, the light fixtures were all dangling by a thread and the cable t.v was fuzzy. And to top it off the room smelled terribly like sweat. Highly recommend not staying here. Ever!

If we could give a negative review, we would’ve.
My stay was terrible. As soon as we entered our room, it smelled like mold. The carpeted floors looked like they weren’t cleansed in a while and the bathroom was tiny. When we asked for towels, it took 3 phone calls and 4 hours until our request was granted. When you do laundry, you won’t be provided with a quarter exchange machine. Even if you go up to the front desk, they will tell you that they do not own laundry room and you will have to beg just for a few quarters. Even after using the dryer for 3 hours, your clothes will still be wet. The walls between the rooms are paper thin and you can hear the people on the other side talking and babies crying. You would also have to ask the front desk for toiletries and for someone to clean to room because there is no Room Service. If I were you, I would save my money instead of staying here.
The paint on the walls has scratches on them.
The drawer is broken.
