Booked to stay in Casa dei Potenti based on location, pictures of facities and reviews Was very disappointed as we were taken to another building a couple if minutes walk away No explanation was given. Website advertised a 24 hour reception However when I contacted them to enquire if there would be somebody in reception from 8.30 am to give our bags to a Bag Transfer Company I was advised that it would depend on availability !

Lovely hotel, but disappointing service.
Hotel in a lovely area of town. However, the Receptionist seemed to have no record of our booking (although paid in advance). It took an hour of waiting at Reception until the issue was resolved. The room was not the one advertised in the photograph.

Très bel emplacement, confort limite
Au coeur du village, avec vue sur les tours, cet hôtel est très bien placé. Niveau confort, les sanitaires sont d'époque, avec comme très mauvaise idée de laisser une fenêtre au dessus de la porte. Ainsi, toute la nuit, la lumière du couloir n'est pas agréable pour ceux qui veulent s'endormir. Mais heureusement, l'accueil remarquable de Maurizio, avec tous ses précieux conseils. compense ces menus désagréments.

La camera è situata proprio di fianco al duomo in un edificio storico ristrutturato. Ottima l'ospitalità del gestore e il confort della camera. Controllate sempre la prenotazione perchè Hotels non invia al gestore le rechieste.

Prenotando 2 notti tramite Hotels.com mi sono trovato all'hotel che non avevano ricevuto la prenotaziuone ed hanno potuto farmi pernottare solo per una notte. il disagio è stato notevole, anche se il gentile gestore si è preoccupato di rimborsarmi la seconda notte e ha cercato di trovare una soluzione alternativa. hotel in ottima zona e ben curato

Pied à terre idéal.
C'est juste parfait ! Au pied des tours, plein centre historique San Gimignano, très belle bâtisse, chambre hors du temps extrêmement plaisante, confortable et agréable. Un chouya d'insonorisation à déplorer peut-être mais rien de grave, vraiment... Le rapport qualité-prix est juste excellent ! Bravo !

Paguei por um hotel com ar condicionado e Wifi, mas não tinha nenhum dos dois. Me levaram para uma acomodação fora do hotel que era horrível. A cama mais dura que dormi na minha vida.

Amadorismo, ar condicionado quebrado e percevejos!
O fato de ser uma empresa familiar não deveria desqualificar o local, porém o amadorismo fala mais alto. As proprietárias falam pouco inglês, não atendiam ao telefone (tentamos muitas vezes), não confirmaram a reserva com antecedência, não disponibilizam número de celular ou WhatsApp para contato. O check in acabou dando um pouco de trabalho. Parecia ser um hotel mas trata-se mais de uma pousada. Não há recepção 24 horas. Tínhamos reservado um quarto com ar condicionado, porém ele estava quebrado e nos forneceram dois ventiladores. No dia seguinte encontrei percevejos de cama no quarto perto da cabeceira da cama (ficamos no quarto 4). Conversando com as donas, disseram que o quarto 5 ao lado do nosso também estava infestado. Pedi que nos mudassem de quarto e nos ofereceram prontamente um apartamento grande em outro edifício próximo, porém sem ar condicionado e sem wifi. A localização de ambos os lugares é ótima, no coração de San Gimignano dentro das muralhas. São edifícios super antigos, mas infelizmente todos esses pontos deixam a desejar. Não indicaria.

On arrival the hotel was fully booked (we had made our reservation more than two weeks ahead). The owner was absent and the very apologetic receptionist took us to another building where we were given a private apartment, which was comfortable enough, but without the advertised wifi.

Cuidado! Aquí puede pasar cualquier cosa
Muy mal. A las 8 de la mañana se pusieron a hacer obra en la habitación de al lado para sacar una bañera como luego vi, el ruido era ensordecedor, imposible seguir descansando a pesar de que el check out era a las 10:30 no a las 8. Además intentaron abrir mi habitación en dos ocasiones. Cuando hice el check out al expresar mi molestia lo que me dijeron fue que hay que tener paciencia. Al hacer el check in a las 18:00 pm el día anterior no había nadie y la recepción estaba cerrada, tuve que llamar por te a un número que había en la puerta. La peor experiencia en alojamiento que he tenido jamás. Lo comuniqué por mail al alojamiento y no he obtenido ninguna respuesta. Está bien ubicado pero tiene sorpresas desagradables que te estropea la estancia. Cuidado porque puede pasar cualquier cosa si te alojas aquí. Tengo video con audio.
