Situated on the La Manga Strip in Murcia, Spain with large private roof terrace for that all day sun bathing, for those who prefer the beach a stroll through the gardens takes you directly onto the beach front boulevard.

Most seaside resorts and towns have coastal roads which separate buildings from the beach, so renting this property with immediate access to the sandy beach or promenade is very special,

A large outside barbeque is also on the roof terrace for some al fresco dining. A beautiful place for that special Occasion

The complex is located directly on the beach with an outdoor adult's swimming pool with children's paddling area surrounded by terrace and lawn.

The Tomas Maestre marina is 1500 m away located at the northern end of the La Manga Strip on the Mar

Menor. From here you can hire a boat, go scuba diving, fishing etc.

There is also a ferry which sails to Sandiago de la Ribera every hour and a tour boat which sails into the Mediterranean and Mar Menor and around the islands in the Mar Menor.

The Marina has a wealth of international restaurants including French, Asian, Italian, Norwegian, Greek, Mexican as well as traditional Spanish restaurant. The long promenades and walkways make this an ideal location for the elderly or disabled as well as the most enthusiastic sports enthusiasts. In fact it has something for everyone

During the summer, the beaches offer a variety of water sports, sailing, powerboat trips and scuba diving. 20 minutes from La Manga
Golf Club.

The beaches in La Manga are just beautiful, the Mediterranean beaches and the Mar Menor beaches, a bit like Florida Keys. Everything is in
walking distance but there was also a good bus service. There are lots of entertainment options and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Lots of water sport activities, boats, Jet Ski, ski, snorkelling, diving etc

Fantastic Views
The views from the apartment are amazing, with beautiful sunrises every morning. There is a bus which takes you up and down the strip for 1.15 euro, very handy for visiting the massive market on Sunday in Cabo de Palos. Plenty of restaurants locally about 20 minutes away. The beds were very comfortable and the showers very efficient with good water pressure. Hosts attended to our needs very quickly and were on site within 5 minutes.

Une vraie PÉPITE
Je conseille cette location, C'est encore mieux que ce que nous avions vu sur l'annonce. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé, emplacement privilégié, en zone peu fréquenté de la Manga. Logement très propre ,bien équipé et climatisé. A 2 pas de la piscine et de la mer . Vues sur l'eau dans presque toutes les pièces . Je reviendrais ici si toutefois je reviens sur La Manga. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et sont disponibles pour nous répondre si besoin d'un renseignement. Bonne continuation à vous 2.

Premières vacances à la Manga
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement placé. La vue mer est extraordinaire. Il n'y a que l'ascenseur à prendre et 50 mètres à marcher pour être sur la plage, le rêve ! La plage est très propre, bien entretenue et l'eau est propre et chaude ! Tony a été disponible. Je recommande.
