Spacious, sunny, completely renovated apartment, ground floor, right on the beach of the Mar Menor and focused on the West. The living room and the large sun terrace have panoramic views and you can enjoy the most exceptionally beautiful sunsets. Also the islands in the Sea and the mountains on the other side give an ever-changing view. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen is very spacious and very practical. It has Internet - WiFi connection for free.
The building is centrally located and surrounded by gardens and palm trees. Nearby are shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the rental office Inmovecos. There is ample parking space around the building. The plot is closed with a remote controlled door. The Clubhouse, an enclosure with sports equipment, canoes, bicycles, beach toys for children, etc. free available to tenants, is at two steps from the beach in the same building. The clients do not need a car either for shopping nor to go to the beach.

-THE KEYS OF THE FLAT WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE STAY IS NOT PAID IN FULL.
- After the stay, the keys are always returned to THE OFFICE.
- Check-in time is always at 16h and check-out time at 12h. With the exception of possible early check-in and late check-out, previously consulted in WRITING. Under no circumstances is this a definitive agreement, as it is always subject to the availability of the property and possible reservations that may be made before and after your stay.
- The linen packs come sealed and ready to be washed. If you find any stains or problems, please let us know immediately so that we can solve them immediately.
- If during your stay you see any damage or any fault when you leave the flat, please let us know immediately, do not wait to leave the flat to let us know. We aim to offer the best experience for our tenants and we will do everything possible to solve any problems that may arise during your stay.
- The reservation is considered formalised only if the 30% advance payment is received. Sending an email requesting dates is NOT a reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. This condition also applies if the cancellation is due to force majeure.
- Pets are WELCOME at no extra charge! Always under the responsibility of the tenant.
- For the villas GAWY I and II a deposit of 1500€ is requested, which will be charged by Virtual TPV (card) at the time of Check-in and will be returned after 48h, after checking the property, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has been no complaint for noise/music after 24.00h. PARTIES IN THE VILLA, smoking or the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover possible fines. The deposit will also be retained in the event of any damage or breakage during the client's stay, until a solution is found.
- The occupation of the accommodation by more people than the number of people established in the booking will result in immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the booking amount.
- Unquestionably respect the timetables for the swimming pool, rubbish collection and the capacity of 1 car per flat. Any complaint received by the community of neighbours will be notified to the tenant. Depending on the degree of complaint and dissatisfaction, this may result in immediate expulsion from the flat, without the right to reimbursement.
- In the event that neighbourhood complaints result in a complaint and fine by the local police, these fines will be paid by the tenant.
- In those urbanisations with common access without assigned parking spaces, a maximum of one car per flat may be parked. THE URBANISATION ALISIOS DOES NOT HAVE A CAR PARK OR GARAGE.
- Two sets of keys are given per flat, one set of keys to the urbanisation (if there is one) and one set of keys to the CLUBHOUSE. If the keys are lost, a charge of 5€ per set of keys for the clubhouse, 20€ per set of keys for the flat and 50€ per broken/lost remote control will be charged to the tenant. For the keys to the luxury villas, a charge of €150 will be made for lost keys.
- It is strictly PROHIBITED to undo, modify or separate sets of keys. They may not be separated or mixed.
- Only ONE KEY HANDLE PER DWELLING is delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Under no circumstances will a key to a swimming pool in a development outside the reservation be given, nor a key to a parking space in another development.
With this offer we proceed to pre-reserve this property in your name for THREE DAYS. Once the three days have passed without the payment of the 30% advance, nor any response from the client, we will proceed to cancel the pre-reservation, the flat will be available for other reservations (ONLY FOR DIRECT RESERVATIONS, NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB, BOOKING, VRBO...).
