Stayed here at the beginning and end of the trip. It was quick and everything was great. One thing when checking out they tried to charge us for the room which was already paid for but we caught it in time. Could have been an honest mistake but they should pay closer attention to this as we almost tapped the card thinking it was for room charges.

It’s the little things
Probably the reason we wouldn’t stay there again is because of the lack of simple amenities. A mirror in the main area would be nice. There was no toothpaste in the reception area, even though there were toothbrushes. The one bottle of water that was offered, looked like it had already been opened. Service was good and the beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying here on our last night in San Jose. The hotel is very clean and has wonderful amenities like a restaurant and gym. Highly recommend!

I was shocked that a hotel like this didn't include breakfast as part of the room fee. I went downstairs in the morning, had a small amount of scrambled eggs and a cup of coffee, and was charged @ $24.
