Nice rooms. Breakfast was good. If your a light sleep would not recommend. Our son loved the Monorail going by. We also had a balcony, very cool

Airport shuttle wasn’t available at the time I needed it, so had to take an Uber to catch my flight. Shower only had one temperature which was scalding. But very clean, updated, and the employees were wonderful.

average, nothing special. 1 elevator not working, hot tea was terrible, bed was atrocious; very uncomfortable. Noisy from trolley & breakfast was meh. They need new, comfortable beds and updated bedding. Also, name brand tea & coffee would be a good idea. Everything was so bland and the bed was painfully uncomfortable.
