It was a super busy weekend, when we stayed. There was only one guy working the breakfast that was provided. Poor guy was running around trying to keep up, he did great, but could have definitely used some help. The food provided was not very appetizing at all. Not that I expected 5 star, but definitely the least we have enjoyed.

The 2 men who worked the front desk were terrible. Rude, non-communitive and just sitting there. We asked for blankets for the fold out couch. After 1 hour of waiting I went down and ask for them in person. He said he was too busy but he was sitting there looking on his phone..We had bed bugs and needed a different room. They didnt apologize or anything. Just gave us a new and SMALLER room with 2 beds and no fold out couchWhe we called for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport it took over 45 minutes to get there. It is a 5 minute ride!

Overall good but could use updated bed box.
Stay was okay. My wife and I stayed here because of a show we come into town for. The room was good but we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway. The bed was squeaky and made it hard to sleep when either of us would move.

Close to Levis Stadium - GO 49ers!
Came here for the 49ers Football game. Second time at this property. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection is good, just wish that there was bacon. The floor we were on was very quiet. The room was nice, and had great black out shades which was helpful. The only complaint I had was the phone didnt connect well (maybe the cord was messed up) and that the sink had a faucet that was not functional. It was mounted in the corner of the sink, instead of the center. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing great amounts of water to collect on the countertop, and flow onto the floor. I ended have to wrap a small towel around the sink to help with the water flowing all over the counter. The sinks seem to be mounted this way in all the rooms, as this was the same issue I had last year in another room. Otherwise, will continue to stay here when in town for the football games, because of the great convenience of being across the street from the VTA (transit) and just being lass than a mile from Levis Stadium.
