The room was very clean and well-stocked. Plenty of room too! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was excellent! The VTA stops literally across the street took us into downtown San Jose and up to Levi’s Stadium quickly and easily. That was a wonderful experience. Heads up, the indoor pool is unheated, so it was absolutely freezing which was disappointing. Also the airport shuttle does not start running until 5:15am, but it was a quick uber ride to the SJC airport for our extra early flight. Overall, very good airport hotel!

There was a cockroach in the room at the fridge. This does not seem to be acceptable for a 3 star hotel in IHG family. Am I wrong? Maybe my expectations are too high? I don't know. It was kind of shocking. Especially at $200 per night I would have expected better.
