The only downside to this hotel is you can’t enter the property easily from both sides. If you are walking you have to basically walk all the ways around to get to the pedestrian entrance. Not convenient!!

Good hotel ata good price. Clean and easy parking. The only thing is that I made a reservation for 4, and they said it was only for 3, and we had to pay extra, because of that.

As a solo UK traveller this hotel is safe, very clean and really comfortable. The only thing on the bad side is I couldn't get in touch with them to arrange airport pick-up despite calling the numbers from the UK which did add stress after a long journey. Would definitely recommend

The location is great. It is very easy to access all the major locations in San Jose. One simple but important problem is that the Wi-Fi signal is too weak to connect in the room at the end of the 1st floor. I requested that the room be switched to another location, and the 3rd floor is much better than the 1st floor.

The smell in the room was bad, especially in the bathroom. We couldn't open the window to air it out. The air conditioner was old and made loud noise. The safe in the room wasn't working as promised, and we had to carry all our valuables with us. They need to change the brand for shampoo and hair conditioner -very cheep and unpleasant smell. The good part was is the cheep shuttle to the airport- very convenient . Plus, the location was good -close to the main attractions.
