Beautiful location however the hotel could use better cleanliness. First walking through the door into lobby the carpets were really dirty and smelled of mildew. The rooms smelled like it was humid and mildewy.

Great location

Great location! Great restaurants at walking distance. Staff is super friendly. We chose this hotel for the day prior to our flight home after traveling all over the island and we wished we added an extra night at Aloft.

The hotel is located right in the outdoor shopping area (T-Mobile center) with plenty of food and shopping. The hotel was in very good shape, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel-provided toiletries were also very high quality. I would definitely stay here again. Note that our cruise was leaving from the Pan American cruise terminal which is a very short Uber from this hotel. Many cruises leave from the Old San Juan Pier 4 area, so this wouldn't be quite as convenient for those cruises.

From starting to finish this hotel and their staff gave me and my pet a really great experience. The hotel is welcoming, beautiful, and the staff is very approachable. There are many shops to go to whether you’re shopping or eating. I would definitely love to go back with my entire family.
