The resort from hell
No was placed by the elevator booked 3 rooms one for my elderly parents for their anniversary they always dreamed to come on a tropical vacation and have an ocean view we have a view of the parking lot and are booked near the elevator where people routinely walk by making noise late at night. Last night there was a domestic violence situation with heavy argument and a man banging on a hotel door screaming to get in this happened around 4 am and caused a lot of discomfort my mom has severe anxiety and does not feel safe staying in her room

I liked that it really felt like I was at a resort. The pool area and beach were breathtaking. What I did not like was that there wasn’t any affordable or kid friendly food options besides Starbucks. Everything else was super expensive. I ate at the little restaurant outside of the hotel most of my nights there(Piola pizza). Also they charge a fee that you do get back but it was not listed on the charges like the resort fee is. So I was prepared for the resort fee but was surprised by the nightly incidental fee, which is $100 a night. I stayed about a week so that was a large chunk of money I was not prepared to pay. I had to move rooms initially as well because the room I was given at first had several things broken and I wanted my incidental money back at the end of my stay so I insisted on a room change, which I was given after they offered just to come up and fix the broken items. I liked that it wasn’t far from many attractions. Most Uber rides were around $5. It was a beautiful resort but I will not be staying again. Price point was too high and the rooms are small, the pictures are deceiving.

Such an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful. Had an amazing beautiful private beach. Peaceful and beautiful pool. Perfect for my honeymoon. Staff and housekeepers were absolutely great always had stocked towels and clean room.

No night life, no dj ,or band garbage cans were full pool very dirty they didnt vacuum the room elevator had same garbage in it for 3 days and in room the molding had peeling paint and glass door in Bathroom was broken. Very disappointed with the Hilton i expected alot better

Beautiful place to stay and staff was great! The rooms can be painted. Few things need to be fixed like walls with small holes. My bathroom needed to be cleaned over. But overall it is a beautiful place to stay. I will return. I wish i was staying longer was just to much for one night.

The Beach area only had one way in and one way out. So you will be walking a bit, to the beach. Poolside, easy access.

I did like the entertainment of the place at night, the staff was super friendly and valet was on it. The hot tub was out of service for the first 3 out of 5 days I was there. I could hear someone singing in the shower while I was getting dressed through the vents keep that in mind. The doors slam so loud after each individual leaves their room. The pools weren’t as clean as they should be. It’s nice they have ice cream and the shops on command at the resort. They also shut the pool area down at 10p- so you can not chill over near the beach or enjoy the hammocks after that time.
