I read the previous reviews, which are Quite varied, but if you need a hotel near SJU, this is absolutely perfect. The parking was secure, the staff was super friendly, the room I had was on the 5th floor and it was perfectly fine for what we needed - a place to crash after an extremely late arrival. It's Holiday Inn quality, not the Waldorf, so set your expectations properly. The price was more than fair.

It is vert terrible! I wish there is a -5 star that I can rate. The room is small. There is no table and no hair dry. The shower handle is broken; make it work after placing great effort. A small chair is worn too much. There are power sockets on the wall near the bed. The blanket is dirty. Very noise outside. The only good thing is that the staff is polite. Away from this hotel!!!

Got the room right outside the ice machine/vending machines. After 7am they started working on fixing the laundry machine which was also right outside our door ... idk how it is in PR but on a Saturday working on a machine like that with drills is not ideal. The room had a whole where the old A/C unit used to be and it was not plugged ... we heard everything

I stayed in one of the hotel’s ground-level suites and found it to be a very nice size, more than enough space for my comfort as a solo traveler. The suite was well laid out and included an electric stove, small refrigerator, washer and dryer, and two televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom - which made the stay convenient and comfortable. While I could tell that some upgrades had been made, I do think the property is lacking attention to certain details. The volume on the living room television wasn’t working properly, the freezer in the refrigerator was frozen over making it difficult to close the door, and the bathroom faucet was loose. Additionally, the washcloth rack in the shower showed visible rust. Overall, the suite had a lot of positives and good potential, but addressing these maintenance and detail issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

The shower had hair in it, as if it wasn’t cleaned. We frozen all night because the air wouldn’t adjust. Expensive for a cheap, run down hotel. The only positive was the staff was pleasant.
