The room wasn’t clean. The fan couldn’t turn off, it was freezing at night. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the bed made noise and wasn’t comfortable. The bath towels were dingy, the shower curtain had mold, the shower also had mold on the wall. It just wasn’t what I expected. However, the staff were nice and it was very convenient to have a gift shop and two restaurants on site. Never again though.

Room was nicely kept clean, I will say however the cleaning staff have keys to your room. They will come into your room while you are in there if they don’t understand you saying no, this happened to me and my partner multiple times in our 2 day trip. Wasn’t creepy just a language barrier issue, take use of the do not disturb sign. Did not provide microwave or fridge services however that didn’t matter to us. Pool was open 24 hours that was nice, the restaurants were very convenient along with the short beach walk.

Staff was very pleasant the lady’s that cleans the room very friendly, most of all I love the shower head it was a great experience for being a small hotel everyone work together and parking was also a great experience always someone there including at night I love it I give it a 5 star for being small.

Great service at the counter but the AC in Room #222 was loud. I asked to switch my room but they said that they are fully booked. I can understand that and I know that the employee would give me one if they had it. They were trying. So I gave a 4-star instead if a usual 3-star for malfunctioning AC on a hot island

We stayed on the last night of our Puerto Rico trip to be near the airport and our rental car return. The property is older and well worn, the pool was below our room and filled with noisy kids having fun and making noise til after midnight. It was okay for the price and our particular needs for the one night.

Misleading rooms!!! Looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s dirty, everything is outdated. Parking was a hassle, Elevator doesn’t work. There was squished bugs all over the room… I can adjust in any setting, I had a great time and everyone was very friendly. The only thing I don’t appreciate is the misleading photos. Update your pictures so we know what we are getting into! The rooms look nothing like the photos at all. On a positive note, the employees were very kind and friendly. I felt safe. Pool was great. Location was great.
