Room was ok nothing fancy. A bit outside noise. Restaurant service in evening a bit slow as well as meals coming out way too staggered. Some almost done before last meal brought out. Wlfi did not work in room. Only by pool and lobby.

The room they gave us was not advertised on the website. It was in a dark corner of the building with no lighting and a/c was leaking. I complained to the front desk they us another room which some what better. I would not recommend or ever visit that place again.

The rooms tv never worked dont know if it was the wifi. The staff didnt clean the room i had to ask for more towlels and they took forever to bring them. A lot of wear and tear. Doors had holes in them. Not a good stay even for the price.

Terrible ! Landlord special. The room was nasty and the bed was broken. Staff were friendly and did give a new room but it was just as bad. I refused to even sit on the because there were stains everywhere. Ended up leaving after 20 minutes and finding somewhere else to stay. Not sure why this place had decent reviews…

This hotel is in poor condition and not maintained well. Everyday there was garbage around the pool that was not picked up, the rooms have not been updated in a very long time. There are no pool towels, we had to use towels from our room at the pool. The rooms do not have face clothes, just small bath towel and 1 hand towel. Some attention to cleaning and maintenance is definitely needed. We found the staff somewhat friendly and helpful, and the location is good if you need to stay near the airport.

Extremely Unsafe! Left After One Hour, No Refund Issued I checked into Coral By The Sea and immediately felt unsafe. There were sketchy men lingering in the lobby. Upon entering my room, I saw multiple roaches, including in the bathroom and on the walls. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not clean. While trying to arrange alternate lodging, there was loud banging on my door, and a male voice yelling. The peephole was smeared, preventing me from seeing who was outside, and there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. I left the property within one hour because I did not feel safe staying there. Despite this, I was later informed by Expedia that after multiple attempts to contact the property, they were unable to obtain approval for a refund. This experience was frightening, unsanitary, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise travelers to choose another hotel.
