The room was spacious and clean, staff was extremely friendly and wasted no time in assisting us on the few occasions we needed it. Slightly noisy but that was to be expected in the area where the hotel is located. The painting of the topless woman over our bed was a personal favorite of ours.

The good things about the hotel is that it’s really close to everything near San Juan. I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago however this time around I noticed it was a little different and not in a good way. Towels weren’t always in best shape or smelled the best, people at the front desk weren’t welcoming. If your looking for a budget place to stay and don’t care too much about these things then this is your place due to the fact that it’s so close to everything in San Juan however if you like people greeting you when you walk into the hotel you’re paying for or room service at high level and parking then maybe look to spend a little more and stay elsewhere, the parking here is few to none maybe 4 or 5 cars if your not lucky to find an open spot you will be paying for parking every night. On my next Puerto Rico vacation I will be staying somewhere else.

We stayed end of May here. The room was quite good also the bed as big enough for two guys. The shower looked visibly clean. I didn't saw a save so no clue. For a hotel there were almost no service at all other than the front desk and room cleaning. Therefore the rating. The people were alright and helpful. The digital wallet key didn't worked which we didn't mind. However the parking situation is a pure nightmare. If I would be you I would either don't get a rental at all or maybe just for a day or so. There's no way you can drive thru San Juan without sitting in a traffic jam. And they don't have a street rules. Parking is based on first come first serve and I only saw like 3 spots. The hotel is located super close to the beach. Which is awesome. Even tho I didn't found it pretty in any way. There's tons of construction around the hotel which made almost every day tons of noise. Apparently they have a breakfast which we didn't used. Same with the pool which was very small.

First, the pictures are not what the rooms look like. The rooms are dingy and musty. There is no room to put your belongings. The staff is not helpful and even lie to you. The hotel is apparently a hostel on some floors so there are shady people just hanging around outside. The breakfast is just toast, thats it. We did not feel safe or clean and checked out early. They told us to call expedia for the refund. Expedia called them and they said to send an email. Expedia sent an email and cc'd me on it. They never responded. I told them when we checked out and they said to call expedia. I showed them the email and they said theyd call the manager. I asked, "tosay?" And he said yes. I waited and he said; "too busy right now". We never heard another word from them again. The pretended like we were going to get a refund for the days we didnt stay but never had any plans of actually doing so. Con artists and scammers. Do NOT stay here.
