Quiet for being in a tourist area. Room was always clean with fresh towels. Coffee and light breakfast given in the morning which was a perk. The one thing that was not cool was the pool was dirty both days I tried to use it. Also, the air conditioner in my room was faulty as it poured (not leaked) water into the room. The floor was alway wet, we kept our belongings (luggage) either on the table or on chairs. We reported to staff who surprisingly seemed super unphased by it and it never got fixed. Upon our check out, we reported the issue again, and yet again same staff member was dismissive about it. Other than those negatives, the hotel was clean and a nice experience.

In a nice area. Close to the Main Street in Condado. Price does not justify the room condition. Room is fine but not worth the $180 per night we had to pay.

This property is a disaster. I think the ones in charge are the employees who are never willing to help. The hotel parking lot is small and they make you park on the street because it's for employees. They have no control of the keys. Check-in was 2 hours late, no one knew where the keys were. You can search the area but you won't regret it here.

The first thing when booking you need to understand it’s not a resort so don’t expect it to be. It was quaint, quiet, secure, steps from the beach, stores and restaurants. I’d stay here again and enjoy it just the same.

I liked my stay at the Coral Princess

My room was perfect for me as a single person. It had a queen bed, a small fridge, hair dryer, small wall mounted desk/table with a chair. Also, the hotel has a general quaintness about it. I definitely Recommend the Coral Princess.

Very convenient place to stay but the parking is only for about 4 to 5 cars If you don’t get one of the spots then it’s on street parking wherever you can find it. They offered toast or a bagel and tea in the morning which was very nice and it’s only a short walk to the beach If your going to Old San juan leave your car parked and uber. Much easier!

This is a simple, 3-star hotel, but it is in a great location near Condado Beach with many restaurants in walking distance. Our room was clean and the A/C worked great. The "comforter" was very thin. They offer luggage storage, but it is dependent on how much space they have. They do not lock the luggage storage area or tag your bags, so I would not leave any valuables. When we arrived in the morning to drop off our bags, there was an older gentleman at the front desk who was very welcoming. When we returned in the afternoon to check in, there was a younger gentleman who was yelling on his phone and did so while we waited about 10 minutes, then rushed us through the check-in process. There is also a hostel inside of the hotel.

Overall the property was great and met some great guests, who partook in conversation. At times, the front staff was appeared to be more involved in their devices. It’s always great practice in the service industry to show hospitality and look up to acknowledge guests and inquire if they have questions or need something.
