Check in went well as we arrived at the hotel at 1h30 am ! Room was huge …king size bed , pillows and are so so …it was clean . The hotel is 5 or so minutes from Pan American to get to our cruise ! Hotel is dated but it’s a nice place to stay !

The staff were not knowledgeable whatsoever. We wanted information about how to get to our Port and they sent us to the wrong direction which made us very late for our check-in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
