I just think that it was unfair that we were charged for parking with our eight day stay at the hotel which came up to nearly $600 in parking which I think that should be free for those renting the hotel

We had a great stay. Although when we first arrived the room that was giving to us had a moldy smell and there was water coming out of the floorboards. We realized that the A/C was leaking and that was most likely why there was so much water underneath the floorboards. We immediately went downstairs to the front desk and told them about our concerns. Eduardo, the front desk agent, was amazing. He immediately got us a new room and sincerely apologized for the rooms condition. Eduardo was one of the most hospitable front desk agents we have come across. He really made us feel welcome every time we walked in. He also addressed a hair dryer problem we had and followed up on us.

The hotel was in a great spot for quick access to the highways. It was conveniently located next to a mall for last minute purchases and close to late night spots in Bayamon for nights out. Also, having breakfast included was a big convenience every morning since I could run down, eat, and then get back to my room to start my day. If I wanted something fancy for breakfast I could have left the hotel, but for no additional fees, the breakfast options provided were surprisingly plentiful and hit the spot every time. I would definitely stay here again.
