The staff was friendly. The property is in a good location and you can tell it was build with care and a chic design. The common areas - kitchen stairs, inside patio has a musky odor and hasn’t been cleaned, is all dirty with hair and dust. Bathrooms windows don’t open so the smell of humidity is very strong. It’s importa to enhance and review cleaning guidelines. It will be great to have vending machines with snack and water will be a great plus as there is not store close to the house.

Super noisy and dirty rooms. My wife and I needed up having to get wipes to clean all the dust. The linen was stained. We also killed two baby roaches.

First impression when we arrived would rate a 10/10 . Maria at the front desk was increíble!! After getting to the room, noticed the room was much different than the photos, bathroom was not inside our room, and one of our beds was broken. Informed the new staff member and was told they would fix it Thursday, we arrived Monday. It was not fixed at all.

Hair was found on the room and restroom floors. There is tile everywhere in the room and when you shower, condensation gets on the tile flooring which creates a slip hazard. My family almost slipped a few times. There is no where to sit in the room other than the bed. Parking was terrible and not convenient. Road construction all around the property and was forced to move our vehicle from the street at 7am.

Maria at the desk knows everything about Puerto Rico, where to eat, where to go...she knows everything! We had the junior suite with 2 beds. Very nice. Interestingly the bathroom had 2 showers and 2 toilets.

While the hotel was ok, the surrounding area was terrible. We wish we had know this before we rented the hotel. Also, during the night, people kept coming in an out of the hallway making a lot of noise.
