The best part of the hotel is the staff. Sarah at the reception was especially helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel is quiet, clean, and has very nice amenities. The restaurant on the second floor had really good food and the drinks at the bar were fantastic! I recommend the Rum-Bao!

While this property, has nice interior decor, and is conveniently located to the cruise ports and Old San Juan, be sure to triple check your room, as we were given a room with bloody sheets that was clearly dried and not washed. This was definitely a bio hazard issue.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing, starting with the front desk staff Patty. Very friendly , knowledgeable and respectful. We had a fantastic view. The restaurant was superb.
